Pat Scace: Missouri Botanical Garden’s Expert Interior Floral Designer

Landscape architect Pat Scace will talk about her role as the Floral Display Supervisor at Missouri Botanical Garden in St. Louis as well as the Garden. With a long involvement in the Retail Floral Industry, Pat’s tasks include creating incredibly complex interior floral landscapes, such as the Gardenland Express, an annual holiday-themed display of model trains and plants incorporating thousands of flowers and foliage plants, and a twice-yearly orchid show highlighting the Garden's amazing orchid collection, numbering over 8,000 plants and including over 2,500 different species and hybrids.
