FAMILY PROGRAM: Sit Spot and Snack!
Wednesday, July 23, 9:30 to 10:30a.m.
Explore Crosby Arboretum with your senses. It’s been a busy summer, and this is a chance to slow down and connect with the beauty of the natural world and your favorite people before going back to school. As you hike the trails you will discover your own special “sit spot” where you can observe sights, sounds, and smells and reflect on your feelings. Bring a picnic snack and your favorite people and we will recommend a few of our favorite trails with “sit spots” for you to discover. Well behaved and leashed pets can join the experience.
This is a great opportunity to use those nature journals from the July 16th program, but don’t worry if you missed it, we’ll have extra journals in the gift shop to purchase if you desire.
FREE to Arboretum members. Non-member Adults $5, Children $2.
All ages and abilities are welcome.
Children require a parent or guardian.
