Family Program: Get Growing with HERBS

Saturday, May 31, 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.

Come join us as we learn about herbs! Growing herbs with kids is a delicious and fun way to learn about cultivating plants, and family time. By teaching children to grow their own herbs, you're instilling important life skills, fostering a love for healthy eating, and promoting a deeper connection to the environment. In this class kids will take a short hike to our pollinator garden and learn about a few common culinary herbs. While there, they will select a favorite and learn how to make a tasty snack to share.

All ages and abilities are welcome. Children must have a parent or guardian with them.

Materials fee is $8 for non-members. Members FREE.

Please wear hike appropriate footwear.
